Descriptions of what is included with the appointment and options for additional memorial products to honor your pet.
Paw Print:

Included with all euthanasia appointments: paw impression box with a lock of hair made at the home.

Included with all cremations: framed ink paw or nose print provided by the crematory.
Urns
(Private Cremation Only):

Included: your choice of eight complimentary urns. A personalized name plate is included with all wooden urns.

Metal urns and the Cedar wood urn can be engraved for an additional fee.

Scatter tube and biodegradable urn options cannot be personalized.
Specialty Memorial Options:

Pet burial at the local pet cemetery.
