Includes: visit to your home, sedation to ensure a peaceful passing, humane euthanasia and a paw impression with a lock of hair.

In-Home Euthanasia & Private Cremation
Includes: In-home euthanasia + cremation service.
I will respectfully transport your pet for cremation.
Your pet will be cremated privately and ashes will be returned to you in your choice of urn with a framed ink paw or nose print.
Ashes will be available for pick-up at West Coast Pet Memorial or your veterinarian's office within two weeks.
Pets less than 80 lb: $655
Pets 80 lb or more: $685
In-Home Euthanasia & Memorial Cremation
Includes: In-home euthanasia + cremation service.
I will respectfully transport your pet for cremation.
Includes a framed ink paw or nose print that will be available for pick-up at your veterinarian's office within two weeks.
Your pet will be cremated with other pets and the ashes will NOT be returned to you.
Ashes are laid to rest in the peaceful and beautiful mountains of Bisbee Arizona.
Pets less than 80 lb: $530
Pets 80 lb or more: $560

$30: Southwest valley
(West of I-15/South of Charleston)
$30: Northeast valley
(East of I-15/North of Charleston)

Miscellaneous Fees
**NOT APPLICABLE TO ALL APPOINTMENTS**
Crematory Assistance Fee: $85 or $185
Normal business hours or afterhours & weekends.
Required for some large dogs and giant breeds.
Holiday Fee: $150
Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day.
After or Before Hours Fee: $150-$200
Dependent on location.
Late Cancellation Fee: $100
Cancellations within four hours of the scheduled appointment time.
Home pick-up for pets that have already passed:
$260 + cremation fees. Call to schedule.
